Research

With digital transformations being today’s hot topic, the digital era flourishes in many industries. Retail landscapes are constantly changing with new online concepts and innovative technologies that enable consumers to shop whenever and wherever. Although increased digitalization offers marketers almost unlimited possibilities to optimize consumers’ shopping behavior, the connection with shopping settings is often missing. His research aim to advance our understanding in how unstructured data and digital communication can be used at the point of sale.
