PhD Project “Value of Cultural Diversity in Organizations”

Employers and policy makers increasingly advocate the potential benefits of diversity. In my research, I focus on investigating the value of cultural diversity in four large business organizations in the Netherlands. The aim is to gain a better insight in the value of diversity and its underlying conditions, in order to achieve positive outcomes and improve the organization's diversity policy.
