Bruna Bosi Moreira is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Environmental Policy Analysis at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is also a Research Fellow at the Earth System Governance Project.
Her research lies at the intersection of the energy–climate–environment nexus and geopolitics, security, and international political economy. She focuses in particular on the energy transition, green industrial policy, global climate cooperation, and transformations in world order.
Previously, she held postdoctoral positions at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and at the Käte Hamburger Kolleg / Centre for Global Cooperation Research, University of Duisburg-Essen. She obtained a joint PhD in Political Science and International Relations through a cotutelle between the University of Duisburg-Essen and the University of Brasília.
