My research primarily focuses on the internal changes and impacts companies face when moving towards more sustainable business management. I focus on how integrated thinking relates to sustainable business management, what the impact of ESG-related external reporting requirements is on companies and how it materializes in the organization and operations, from a management control perspective. besides this, I have a special interest in the legal and governance implications from suatinability efforts.
Special research interests: integrated thinking, integrated reporting, sustainable business management, CSRD/CSDDD, ESG governance and regulatory and criminal enforcement related to ESG.
