Research
Her research focuses on topics such as digital and data-driven innovation, data work and the implications of emerging technologies. She is interested in understanding how phenomena such as the development and implementation of technological innovations evolve by exploring the day-to-day practices of the actors involved at the operational level. Therefore, she uses qualitative methods (e.g. ethnographic tools) to answer these questions. Her overall aim is to conduct research that promotes a broader socio-technical understanding of organisational phenomena through practice and process-based theories.
