Arianne de Leeuw is als fulltime belastingadviseur werkzaam voor Loyens & Loeff NV te Amsterdam en daarnaast als bijzonder hoogleraar Estate Planning verbonden aan de Vrije Universiteit. Loyens & Loeff NV faciliteit haar werkzaamheden als bijzonder hoogleraar door binnen het dienstverband als belastingadviseur tijd ter beschikking te stellen om invulling te geven aan de functie van bijzonder hoogleraar. 

De Leeuw richt zich als belastingadviseur primair op estate planning en de belastingheffing van vermogende particulieren, met een bijzondere focus op de bescherming van familievermogen (scheiding van zeggenschap en belang), stichtingen / certificering en trusts / afgezonderde particuliere vermogens.

De Leeuw is in 2020 gepromoveerd op het onderwerp 'Scheiding van zeggenschap en belang in de familiesfeer' en publiceert regelmatig over zowel dit onderwerp als onderwerpen binnen de estate planning in bredere zin.

 

Arianne de Leeuw works as a full-time tax adviser for Loyens & Loeff NV in Amsterdam and is also an endowed professor of Estate Planning at VU University Amsterdam. Loyens & Loeff NV facilitates her work as an endowed professor by making time available within her employment as a tax adviser to fulfill the position of endowed professor. 

As a tax advisor, De Leeuw focuses primarily on estate planning and the taxation of high-net-worth individuals, with a particular focus on the protection of family wealth (separation of control and economic interest), foundations / certification and trusts / trust-like arrangements.

De Leeuw received her doctorate in 2020 on the topic "Separation of control and interest in the family sphere" and regularly publishes on both this topic and topics within estate planning in general.
