Anne is a postdoc researcher, with a focus on societal entrepreneurship and innovations that emerge at the interface between food and pharmaceuticals, Athena Institute, Fac. of Science, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Anne obtained her PhD in probiotics, with a particular focus on the practices and adoption by healthcare professionals in the primary healthcare system.
