Alexandra Krendelsberger is a Postdoctoral Researcher on environmental justice in scaling Nature-based Solutions (NbS) at the Environmental Economics and Environmental Policy Analysis department of the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM) of VU Amsterdam. She has a background in social sciences with a focus on environmental and development economics.
Alexandra’s research focuses on the fair and effective scaling of NbS for fostering just transformative change, biodiversity protection, and societal well-being through transformative reflexive learning. She currently works on the FairNature project, part of EU Biodiversa+. She is conducting a stakeholder analysis and choice experiment.
