Ethnographic research provides detailed insights into people's lives and perspectives and uncovers the complexities of social life that other methods might lack. The Ethnographic Impact Lab is a platform that showcases our projects with a wider audience, and fosters connections beyond academia with societal stakeholders.
Our goal is to design collaborative projects that benefit the communities we study, ensuring our research has a positive, tangible impact on society by using creative methods like multimedia workshops, storytelling, and community exhibitions to reach beyond traditional academic papers. Through these efforts, the Ethnographic Impact Lab aims to make anthropological research more accessible, relevant, and impactful, contributing to a more informed, sustainable and empathetic world.
