Research group Educational sciences - theme Diversity in school teams

Diversity in school teams means that staff come from a wide range of backgrounds, in terms of gender, socio-economic status, and migration background.

Diversity is considered important not only for providing learners with relevant role models, but also for helping them understand different perspectives. In an increasingly diverse society, diverse school teams have the potential to offer a wide range of viewpoints that address the varied needs of students.
