Any PhD candidate with questions or comments can contact the PhD council. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Open and themed meeting schedule

We invite all members of the VU community to join us during our open “Townhall” style meetings and themed meeting to learn more about us and our initiatives. 

  • Open “Townhall” Council meeting: early September 2023 
  • Themed Council meeting: September 27th @ 16.00 (location TBD, with drinks)

General members 

As a general member, you will be expected to attend and prepare monthly council meetings and discuss issues relevant to VU PhD candidates. Additionally, you will join and prepare (monthly) portfolio meetings for at least one of the portfolios (mentioned above).
