1) "Vocal display rules in everyday life", by Roza Kamiloglu
"While daily life is filled with human sounds like laughs, sighs, and screams, social norms guide their appropriateness: what feels natural in one setting may be inappropriate in another. This project uses experience sampling to map when and where different vocal expressions are welcomed or discouraged in everyday interactions."

4) "Does charisma bedazzle the opposition? Investigating the impact of leaders’ charisma on information processing in followers and critics.", by Lara Engelbert and Joshua Snell
"Does charisma bedazzle the opposition? Previous research suggests that a leader's charisma impacts their audience's ability to spot inconsistencies in the leader's stories, although findings have not been clear-cut. Here, we will assess whether the hypothesized impact of charisma is contingent on the extent to which leaders and their followers are morally aligned. "
Lara Engelbert is a Postdoc working in the Organizational Psychology section (her profile can be found here: https://research.vu.nl/en/persons/lara-engelbert). This interdisciplinary project is a collaboration between Organizational Psychology and Cognitive Psychology.
