Together with students, the researchers will co-develop a reflective learning pathway that supports master’s students in their personal and professional development. The pathway helps students gain insight into their strengths, motivations and professional growth, while preparing them for their future careers in the health sciences.
“A master’s programme is an important period in which students discover the kind of professional they want to become. With this project, we aim to better support students in exploring their values, talents and ambitions, so they can confidently find their place within the broad field of health sciences,” says Dr Margreet Olthof.
