In this one-day, interactive training you get practical tools not only to better handle change, but also to give it direction and meaning. You will explore what change does to you, which patterns may hinder you and how you can influence this yourself.
What will you learn?
During the training you will work with your personal triggers and discover which values and identity roles are affected by change. Using targeted assignments, you will gain insight into your behaviour and learn how to break patterns.
You will go home with a personal compass: concrete tips and methodologies that will help you deal with change more strongly and consciously.
