Make sure to register in time!
Registration for courses in semester 1 opens on Monday 20 July at 02:00 o'clock. You can register and deregister for courses via the registration module. For more information about how to register please watch our short animation down below or go to vu.nl/registration.
For courses starting in Period 1, the registration deadline closes at 7 September. It is not possible to register for courses in Period 1 past this deadline. Period 2 and 3 both have different deadlines, you can find all deadlines here. If you failed to register, you are not allowed to participate in a course and/or exam and you need to wait until the next regular course offering or exam.
Please note:
- You can only register for courses if your enrolment is complete for a study programme at VU Amsterdam.
- When registering for a course, make sure to select each activity you wish to participate in (e.g. lecture, seminars, etc.). After registration you will receive a confirmation by email and the selected activities will be displayed in your personal schedule.
- In some cases you cannot personally register for courses or the faculty's Educational Office will register you. The Study Guide provides more information on the (exceptional) registration procedure per course.
- Did you plan courses in the registration module? Then you still need to register for those courses! No rights may be derived from a planned course.
