To support students in making a successful transition from secondary school to university, the Econometrics and Operations Research (EOR) and Econometrics and Data Science (EDS) programmes offer an online self-study preparation programme. The programme is designed to strengthen the mathematical knowledge required for the first-year curriculum.
The first semester of an Econometrics programme is often experienced as significantly more challenging than secondary education, particularly in mathematics. The preparation programme helps incoming students refresh and strengthen essential mathematical skills through theory, exercises, and worked solutions. Its content has been specifically developed to align with the first-year EOR and EDS curriculum. The programme can be completed independently and at an individual pace throughout the summer.
