Why this change?
The reprographic market has changed significantly in recent years. Due to digitization, automation, and the growing focus on sustainability, a different approach to service delivery is needed. By choosing a specialized partner, we ensure that our reprographic services will remain reliable, high-quality, and affordable in the future.
What does this mean for you?
For users, little will change. You can continue to order printing and reproduction jobs, including finishing, online via a user-friendly ordering portal. Support will also remain available. A service desk will remain on campus where staff and students can go for:
- advice on printing and reproduction services;
- urgent jobs;
- picking up and dropping off jobs.
When will this take effect?
The new service will begin on 1 October, 2026. Until then, the current procedure will remain unchanged. We will provide you with more detailed information about the new procedure, the ordering process, and Canon’s services as soon as possible.
