KINTalk on Digital Sovereignty: From strategy to practice

Share
13 April 2026
Many organizations and governments have made digital sovereignty a strategic priority — but turning that ambition into everyday practice remains a major challenge. How do you move beyond policy frameworks and actually take control of your digital infrastructure, data, and technology decisions?

In this KINTalk, Wolf Marcuse (Managing Director, Dawn Technology) brings hands-on expertise to one of today's most pressing digital challenges. He will walk through concrete actions that organizations and governments can take to reduce cloud dependencies, strengthen local capabilities, and close the gap between long-term vision and operational reality — drawing on real-world examples of what delivers results, what falls short, and where the field is heading.

Expert form the field

Wolf Marcuse is managing director at Dawn Technology, where he enables customers at the forefront of the Dutch economy and public sector to turn digital ambition into reality. With a track record in executive IT roles, Wolf specializes in bridging strategy and execution helping organizations move from policy to practice on topics like cloud, sovereignty and digital infrastructure.
