On 3 February, the Migration Law Clinic (MLC) launched a new project for the second semester, focusing on the interpretation of key provisions of the Temporary Protection Directive.
During the kick-off session, five students took part in the discussion: Eve Duddy, Georgina Wannan, Iris de Ronde, Maja Kopczyńska and Sophie van ’t Hof. They engaged directly with lawyers Thomas van Houwelingen–Boer and Lotte van Diepen, who had approached the MLC for legal advice. The exchange provided valuable insight into the legal questions at hand.
We look forward to the thoughtful analysis and collaborative work that will emerge from this initiative.
