Being healthy is more than not being sick. It is about having energy, feeling good about yourself and coping resiliently with everyday challenges.
Each workshop focuses on one theme, but it always becomes clear: they cannot be seen separately from each other. For instance, relaxation affects your eating behaviour, nutrition has an impact on your energy level and exercise helps with stress regulation. It is precisely the balance and coherence between these pillars that determines how vital you feel.
Take control of your health: this series of workshops lets you experience that vitality is not a coincidence, but the result of conscious choices - in relaxation, nutrition and exercise.
