Guidance and support in case of crises

Share
4 February 2026
Crises such as natural disasters, or conflict can have a great impact on our VU community, resulting in concerns about the safety and wellbeing of yourself, your family and friends.

Following current developments about natural disasters, international conflicts or political developments around the world can have a negative impact on the mental well-being of yourself, your family and friends. VU understands that such concerns can negatively affect your studies or work, which is why we try to provide as much support and assistance as possible to our students.

On the Guidance and support in case of crises page you will find an overview of the help and advice available for students in crisis.
