On Monday 18 May, the Amsterdam Police brought an end to the occupation of several locations on the campus of VU Amsterdam. We regret that it was not possible to reach a resolution through dialogue. We understand that this situation may raise questions and concerns. We therefore wish to take this opportunity to share our considerations.
