The one-day interactive training course 'Effective dialogue' will give you practical instructions and practice to conduct a difficult conversation well. After this day, you will feel more competent to prepare, conduct and steer conversations towards agreements.
In this training you will work with VU Amsterdam case histories, for example on discussing workload, dealing with working from home, performance expectations or social safety.
For whom.
In 2026, the training will be organized exclusively for teams.

The training will take place at VU Amsterdam on 15 April, 11 June or 28 September, 2026 from 08:30 to 16:30.
