The training consists of four 1.5-day blocks (including overnight stay) and two peer review meetings. The program will be completed in July 2026. The language of instruction is Dutch.
At the end of the training you will be better able to:
- lead with an eye to the responsibilities and limitations of your position/role
- motivate and inspire employees and teams to change and innovation
- contribute to departmental and VU-wide goals and link these to the strategic course that you and your teams shape and maintain together
- from a deep insight into team positions and patterns, intervene and adjust in order to strengthen mutual cooperation with and between team members
- further shape your own professional identity and development with new behavior and reflection
After registration, a kick-off meeting is organized with the participant and the programme leaders. This interview can take place at any time.
