Six years ago, Charlotte noticed that Canvas courses were often unnecessarily cluttered for students. “I was given the freedom to really work this out,” she says. “By interviewing students and analyzing usage patterns, clear areas for improvement emerged. These led to a template that was successfully tested in pilot courses. The feedback was very positive. The guidelines have been refined over time, but the core has remained the same.”
