“In my field, I meet many people from the neighbourhood who know exactly what’s going on in society. Why don’t we bring that knowledge into education?”
With that question, Barbara Groot-Sluijsmans, assistant professor of Health Sciences, began her research on experiential expertise and collaboration between vocational, applied sciences and university students.
