VU wins Dutch Higher Education Award with 3D & NEWConnective

10 June 2025
This year, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam once again receives one of the most prestigious awards for educational teams.

The Dutch Higher Education Award, for the initiative 3D & NEWConnective (3D-NC). This university-wide initiative is a collaboration between the dialogue centre 3D, Life is Better in 3D (student community), and the programme team NEWConnective. It is part of the new Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and makes a proven contribution to strengthening dialogue, meaning-making and community building.

On July 1, they will be officially honored during the national Comenius Festival. Whether they will take home gold, silver, or bronze remains exciting until that moment.

Curious to find out where VU Amsterdam will end up? Join the award ceremony on 1 July or stay tuned via our VU channels.
