KHMW
Founded in 1752, the Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities is the oldest "Learned Society" in the Netherlands. KHMW aims to bridge the gap between science and society by organizing competitions, awarding scientific achievements, and hosting lectures and conferences. The honorary title "Royal" was granted in 2002 on the occasion of the Society's 250th anniversary.
