Guided by experienced trainers and coaches from the VU Centre for Teaching & Learning, your team will work on:
- Building stronger connections within the team
- Collaborating more effectively, efficiently, and enjoyably
- Establishing practical agreements on how to work together
TeamUp is based on the four principles of VU Amsterdam's Art of Engagement:
- contribute to the greater whole
- show courage in making clear choices
- be transparent
- and listen with space for growth.
You’ll learn how to foster a positive and safe work climate, engage in meaningful conversations, and make clear decisions together.
TeamUp workshop
The workshop consists of three sessions of three hours each, spread over six weeks - allowing time for reflection and deeper learning.
