Rosali Fitz as a new PhD candidate

Share
14 October 2025
The Amsterdam Centre for Migration and Refugee Law is pleased to welcome Rosali Fitz as a new PhD candidate.

Over the next four years, Rosali will conduct research on executive lawmaking in migration law, as part of Lieneke Slingenberg’s NWO project. Her project includes an empirical study mapping the scope of executive legislation in Dutch migration law, followed by an assessment of whether these legislative powers are sufficiently constrained to prevent arbitrary governance, drawing on the principles of the rule of law.

Her work will be co-supervised by Lieneke Slingenberg and Lisanne Groen.

We are delighted to have Rosali join the ACMRL and look forward to following her research in the years to come.
