The registration for this summer school has started. 30 places are available.
In this course, you will learn a lot about starting your own business. The regional background will be Amsterdam, but what you learn can be applied globally.
This course follows a double approach. The first approach is the sustainable entrepreneurship approach, dealing with the economic, social, and ecological aspects of new ventures. The second approach is the life cycle of the firm approach, dealing with the changes of the firm and the entrepreneur during the life cycle of the firm.
Some comments from last year’s students:
- The course is interesting, well-organized, and closely connects classroom knowledge with real-world applications.
- I enjoyed the course very much, coming from a different background (country, studies)
- I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the support of the professors to the students who were curious and raised all sorts of interesting questions which led to many debates.
- This is a really good course to learn about the challenges and their solutions for the new start-ups.
The course coordinator is Prof. Dr. Enno Masurel. He is very experienced in teaching entrepreneurship, both in the business domain and in other domains, both in the Netherlands and all over the world.
