Professor Bartelsman appointed as member of Expert Group at Raad van State.

Professor Bartelsman has been appointed by the Netherlands Raad van State (The Council of State) as an external member of the Expert Group for Independent Budgetary Oversight (Expertisekring Miljoenennota/Onafhankelijk begrotingstoezicht).
