Last year, the Dutch Enterprise Agency (in Dutch: Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, RVO) commissioned the VU Center for Entrepreneurship to conduct research into entrepreneurship cases for education (also known as entrepreneurial learning cases).
Before this research, RVO commissioned 10 educational institutions in the Netherlands to develop their own entrepreneurship cases (one of them was the VU Center for Entrepreneurship). The main focus of the research by the VU Center for Entrepreneurship was to investigate the design and the impact of the entrepreneurship cases. Based on the research an instruction was developed how to make an entrepreneurship case for education (see page 23 of the connected research report in Dutch). After the summer, the VU Center for Entrepreneurship will start workshops for lecturers in which they will develop their own entrepreneurship cases.
