The Mind Health Check, provided by MoodLift, is a 15-minute, anonymous assessment designed by psychologists to help you reflect on your mental well-being.
With 1 in 7 students experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, monitoring your mental health is a key step toward identifying issues early and taking proactive measures.
After completing the check, you'll receive:
- Personalized feedback on your mental health status & tips on how you can improve your wellbeing.
- By participating, you’ll directly contribute to scientific research aimed at enhancing student support services and optimizing our programs.
The assessment is anonymous, ensuring your data is secure and used responsibly.
