Share
16 January 2025
Last month, you received an email inviting you to participate in this annual mental health assessment provided by MoodLift. This is a reminder that it’s not too late to take it!

What is the Mind Health Check?

The Mind Health Check, provided by MoodLift, is a 15-minute, anonymous assessment designed by psychologists to help you reflect on your mental well-being.

With 1 in 7 students experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, monitoring your mental health is a key step toward identifying issues early and taking proactive measures.

After completing the check, you'll receive:

  • Personalized feedback on your mental health status & tips on how you can improve your wellbeing.
  • By participating, you’ll directly contribute to scientific research aimed at enhancing student support services and optimizing our programs.

The assessment is anonymous, ensuring your data is secure and used responsibly.

Feeling Stressed or Demotivated?

If you’ve been feeling stressed, tired, or stuck in negative patterns, don’t let these feelings go unnoticed. Monitoring your mental well-being is key to addressing potential issues early and taking proactive steps.

Take the Mind Health Check and assess your mental well-being.
