Curricula often become overloaded during redesign: new content is added, but little is removed. The SED approach helps educators consciously remove and redesign components, with attention to the emotional side of this process. It’s not just about what you remove, but also how you do it. This helps you create a greater sense of calm and clarity – for yourself and your students.
