Attacks with AI are no distant future anymore
Attacks with AI are no distant future anymore. According to DarkTrace, in 2024 such attacks had “significant impact” on 83 percent of the companies in the Netherlands. This will only grow worse. US is by no means the only country investing in solutions.
Taking no action will make Europe vulnerable. If cyber attacks get (largely) generated automatically, the present, mostly overburdened group of security experts won’t be able to handle it. We need more research to find out how criminal organizations and evil states, armed with AI, can abuse the vulnerabilities. Click here to read full article (in Dutch).
