26 May 2025
Amsterdam Chemistry Innovation Day 2025 connects more than 400 innovators in chemistry and life sciences.

On 28 March, VU University Amsterdam hosted the Amsterdam Chemistry Innovation Day (ACID) 2025, with more than 400 students, researchers and professionals from all over the Netherlands attending. The event featured a dynamic mix of expert keynotes, interactive sessions and a career fair that highlighted the power of collaboration between academia, industry and government in advancing chemistry and life sciences.

With a focus on sustainable innovation, drug discovery, hydrogen technologies and microplastics, ACID 2025 once again demonstrated its role as an important platform for knowledge exchange, cross-sectoral dialogue and career development in the Dutch chemical ecosystem.
