VU Center for Entrepreneurship Leads DNNL Workshop on "Business Model Design"

Share
5 March 2024
In January 2024, the Dutch New Narrative Lab Foundation hosted a workshop led by Enno Masurel, director of the VU Center for Entrepreneurship.

Titled "Business Model Design," the workshop delved into key subjects for startup success, including Business Model Canvas for Startups & Scaleups and Business Growth & Entrepreneurial Roles. One notable assignment during the workshop encouraged participants to confront their actual time allocation with their desired time spending, offering insights into personal productivity and goal-setting strategies.

What stood out most during the workshop was the enthusiasm and eagerness among the participants. Driven by a shared motivation to learn and grow, they actively engaged with the workshop's main subjects. Moreover, the participants demonstrated a willingness to support and collaborate with one another, creating a vibrant atmosphere of mutual learning.

The Dutch New Narrative Lab Foundation (DNNL) is dedicated to transforming the Dutch startup scene by fostering diversity and inclusion. Committed to breaking barriers and ensuring equal opportunities, DNNL focuses on underrepresented groups like women, individuals with migration backgrounds, and LGBTQ+ among others. Through ecosystem monitoring, entrepreneurial labs, and media platforms, DNNL aims to cultivate a new narrative in startups across the Benelux and Germany, with strong ties to the Dutch economy. The foundation's mission is to provide access to innovative entrepreneurship, challenging stereotypes and creating a more inclusive and innovative entrepreneurial landscape.
