Share
11 March 2024
In a new study Suncica Vujic explains how the division of roles within the family shapes job satisfaction.

Suncica Vujic and her co-authors will publish a discussion paper titled Household Decisions and the Gender Gap in Job Satisfaction. The paper offers a novel theoretical explanation for the gender gap in job satisfaction, where women typically report higher job satisfaction than men.

The paper is part of the IZA Discussion Paper Series and a summary of this paper is already available in the IZA Newsroom.

IZA is a platform committed to advancing high-quality research on the role of labor markets for economic inequality, and the behavioral aspects influencing these areas.
