CS students Elias Groot, Max Gallup, Hugo van Wezenbeek and Eduardo Lira built together a new computer-controlled model car which they tested yesterday at the qualifiers of the NXP cup in Eindhoven. The good news is that Elias & Max won the race and Hugo& Eduardo ended on the third place. Congratulations and good luck at the finals in Hamburg!
The superfast rover was developed in cooperation with Beta Electronika (Niels Althuisius) and FMI groups, in the context of the Autonomous Systems Engineering (ASE) educational initiative. ASE is funded by the CS departement and coordinated by Natalia Silvis-Cividjian and Joshua Kenyon.
