Better accessibility and information exchange
By switching to ServiceNow, the University Library is following in the footsteps of the service providers FCO, IT and HRM. As a result, employees can find all support services in the same portal and can receive updates on the progress of their requests and applications. You can now submit purchase requests, membership applications and other questions more easily using forms. The same applies to services that run through the RDM Support Desk, such as requests for project folders, storage spaces and accounts. Employees are thus better able to exchange knowledge, expertise and answers.
