In the run-up to the Dutch parliamentary elections, College Tour is organising a televised debate that will be broadcast from the campus of VU Amsterdam on Sunday 22 October.
The four party leaders who will participate in the debate are Dilan Yesilgöz (VVD), Frans Timmermans (GroenLinks-PvdA), Pieter Omtzigt (NSC), and Caroline van der Plas (BBB). The party leaders will debate in front of a hall full of students discussing topics that are relevant to the students. Presenter Twan Huys will host the debate.
The College Tour debate will be broadcast on Sunday 22 October at 20:15 hrs on NPO 3. Click here for more information about the broadcast and the possibility to watch the debate (in Dutch).
Due to the recordings, the VU main building will be closed on Sunday 22 October.
