The second iteration of the applied topology day was organized on the 22nd of September. The meeting was organized by VU researchers Senja Barthel and Magnus Bakke Botnan.
The day of applied topology saw researchers from across the country come together to discuss applications of topology (broadly defined). The speakers were Tim Ophelders (Eindhoven/Utrecht), Pepijn Roos Hoefgeest (VU), Walter von Suijlekom (Nijmegen), Fernando Nobrega Santos (UvA), and Casper Gyurik (Leiden). The meeting was a success, and we look forward to hosting a third meeting next year.
