Nine students start working on CICJ Research Lab projects

Each year, CICJ’s researchers recruit research assistants for academic research at the Center. Nine students in the MSc programme 'International Crimes, Conflict & Criminology' were selected in the fall of 2022.

The students, who will be working on six different CICJ research projects, are: 

  • Oscar Monmont, Tara Scholz and Sophie Spil (In or out of control, supervised by Maarten Bolhuis)
  • Alexia Manduca (Corporations and international crimes, supervised by Wim Huisman and Annika van Baar)
  • Émeline Gosse (Child radicalization in family courts in Western Europe, supervised by Lisette Dirksen)
  • Alexa Helberg and Anne-Carien de Buck (The Influence of Culture on Eyewitness Memory, supervised by Gabi de Bruïne)
  • Marie-Pier Nyboer-Levac (Conflict-related evidence collection in Ukraine, supervised by Gabriele Chlevickaite)
  • Cati Ellwood (Cultural Variables in Eyewitness Evidence at the ICTR, supervised by Dylan Drenk)
