VU Amsterdam considers social safety as an important condition for studying or working. Organisational consulting firm Berenschot was commissioned by the Executive Board to conduct an independent evaluation study into the policy and infrastructure of social safety for employees at VU Amsterdam. The important question was: what do the policy and infrastructure of support regarding social safety at VU Amsterdam look like in practice? What goes well and what could be improved?
