Gossip also has many positive aspects. Gossip can help people determine whether they want to collaborate with someone or not. What can you as a manager use this for in practice? In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Terence Dores Cruz provides guidance for managers to deal with workplace gossip based on his research.

Terence Dores Cruz, PhD candidate in the Force of Gossip, build on his work on gossip in everyday life as well as the motives behind gossip and how people interpret those motives to provide insights for managers to manage gossip at the workplace.
