The ACMRL hosted a research seminar for the students of the LLM programme International Migration and Refugee Law
PhD-researcher Orcun Ulusoy talked passionately about the worrying features of the new Migration Pact of the European Commission, most prominently the proposed Regulation on force majeure situations. Afterwards, dr. Lieneke Slingenberg presented her forthcoming paper on recent European case law on social and mobility rights of irregular migrants. Due to corona measures, the seminar took place in the big lecture hall of the Initium, as well as online via Zoom. We thank all attendees, both online and offline, for their participation in the seminar!
