Virtually all new employees and students are now equipped with a working mailbox and can thus be reached at their VU e-mail address. Are you unable to log in via webmail.vu.nl? It may be that your mailbox has been migrated (you have access to Microsoft Office 365) and is available at: https://outlook.office.com. For access, you will also need the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile. Click on the following link for instructions on how to activate this: Azure MFA - Registration MS Authenticator app. If you do not succeed in logging in, please contact the IT Service Desk, available by phone at 020 5980000 or by email at servicedesk.it@vu.nl.
