ACMRL Guest Lecture with Sacha Prechal

Share
30 August 2021
Students of the Migration Law Clinic and the LLM International Migration and Refugee Law, together with researchers from the ACMRL, had the pleasure of welcoming CJEU Judge Sacha Prechal as a guest lecturer.

Sacha Prechal presented in detail the legal proceedings of the Court of Justice of the EU, explaining what happens once cases are filed at the Court, and how they are processed. The students of the Clinic were able to have valuable first-hand insight into what happens to the types of cases they work on and the numerous steps they go through before a judgment is published, as well as the typical work involved in being a judge at the CJEU.
