 materials, AI, robotics, next‑generation internet, quantum technolo
 gies, Big Data, and clean/circular industry</strong>. The cluster pro
 motes secure, sustainable supply chains—including critical raw mate
 rials—while fostering Europe’s open strategic autonomy. Its actio
 ns accelerate both the green and digital transitions and encourage et
 hically aligned, human‑centred technology development.</p><p>The <s
 trong>Digital Europe Programme</strong>&nbsp;accelerates Europe’s d
 igital transformation by funding large‑scale deployment of key digi
 tal capacities such as <strong>supercomputing, AI, cybersecurity, adv
 anced digital skills, and the uptake of digital technologies across e
 conomy and society</strong>. It bridges the gap between digital resea
 rch and market deployment, helping businesses—especially SMEs—ben
 efit from digital tools. DIGITAL enhances Europe’s digital sovereig
 nty by reducing dependencies in critical technologies, including semi
 conductors under the <em>Chips for Europe</em>&nbsp;initiative. It co
 mplements Horizon Europe and other EU programmes to reinforce resilie
 nce, security, and technological leadership.</p><p>The <strong>Europe
 an Innovation Council</strong>&nbsp;supports breakthrough, market‑c
 reating and deep‑tech innovation across the full lifecycle—from e
 arly‑stage research to commercialization and scale‑up. Its three 
 main instruments—<strong>EIC Pathfinder</strong>, <strong>EIC Trans
 ition</strong>, and <strong>EIC Accelerator</strong>—fund cutting�
 �edge science, technology validation, and business growth for start�
 �ups and SMEs. The EIC Fund provides equity investments to help innov
